For the technical control of the use of the frequencies used for the distribution of the service, the distributor’s main contact is the CSC, which serves as the institutional interface with ARCEP.
The CSC may, by a reasoned decision, suspend the broadcasting or distribution of a television service falling within the jurisdiction of another State, if this service risks undermining public order, national security or likely to manifestly, seriously and gravely harm the physical, mental or moral development of minors or incite violence or hatred of racial origin, gender, religion or nationality.
